Ms.Carmen Marie Ritter 51, formally of Moore County passed away Friday, November 3,2023 in Hampton, VA.
Ms.Carmen Marie is survived by her devoted father, James Arthur LeGrand and Bonus mother Darlene; siblings Paulette Ritter of Raleigh, Nc, James LeGrand of Easton, PA, Christopher LeGrand of West End, Nc, Jermaine White of Southern Pines, Nc, and her baby sister Salina LeGrand-McCalebb of Maryland. four bonus siblings; Berne Brandon, Regena Bostic, Dorothy Brown, and Henry Jones{Thunder Man}. and maternal grandmother, Betty Johnson; and host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
