Mr.Henry Lewis Carter is survived by his wife Leatha Carter; children Sandra Ward of Maryland, Sherice (Sam) Wall of Rockingham, NC, and Maurice Carter of Maryland. Sister Mary Jenifer of California; Brothers Nobel (Lona), James (Loretta), Walter, and Colbet (Joyce) all of Maryland.and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, family and special friends.
