There will be a public viewing Friday June 17,2022 1:00pm -6:00pm at the funeral home. Funeral service will be Saturday, June 18,2022 at 1:00pm at St. Luke #1 Free Will Baptist Church Ellerbe, Nc.

McLendon leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 50 years Pecolia McLendon of Eagle Springs, Nc; daughters Wonne(Ladi) Cloud (Mycheal) of Hamlet, Nc, Stephanie Simmons of Candor, Nc and Bridgette Nelson of Rockingham, Nc; sisiters Geneva McLendon of Ellerbe,Nc Fannie Baldwin of Middle Town, NY, three special grands Auiva Baldwin, Kristian Toomer and Bre Wilson; five sister-in-laws Tisha Cole and Ola Capel of Eagle Springs, Nc  Lourenia Marshall (Lester) and Gerogia McLendon of Huntington, NY and Ruby McLendon.
