Mr. Morsaby Lewis Covington 74, passed away Sunday, June 29,2025 at Moses Cone Hospital in Greensboro, Nc.

Mr. Morsaby is survived by sons Michael L Covington of Rochester, NY, and Jeffery L. Covington of Maiden, NC, daughters, Lisa Covington Shaw(Gerry) Powder Springs, GA and Nerissa L. Davis Atlanta, GA; three children in the home Jennifer Stewart of Shelby, NC., Floyd "Punkin" McNeill of Greensboro, NC  and Tonya McNeill-Ingram (Stanley) of Leland, NC., six grandchildren  Deiandria Holt, Ashlyn Davis Ayana Davis, Jeffery Covington Jr., J'yonna Covington, Liam Shaw, two great grandchildren, Deianta Holt, and Deshaun Holt; three sisters, Annie McLendon (Chester) of Ellerbe, NC, Hattie Blanks of New Haven, CT, and Martha Nicholson of Ellerbe, NC., Lewis leaves a host loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
