Public viewing will be Wednesday, June 23,2021 from 12:30pm to 2:00pm Funeral Service will be Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at 2:00pm at the funeral home chapel 1429 Green Lake Rd, Ellerbe, North Carolina.

Mr. Tommy Lee Collins is survived by four brothers; Mitchell{Mandy}Collins of Eagle Springs,Nc Charles{Linda}Collins of Hamlet, Nc, Fabian Collins, and Michael{Valerie}Collins both of Eagle Springs, Nc. two sisters Carol{James}Pratt and Vickie Collins both of Rockingham, Nc. Special friend Cheketa Baldwin of Candor, Nc. Two sons, Dennis, and Timothy. Three daughters Victoria, Diane, and Cindy Mae. Host of grandchildren, great grands children, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
